I have been trying to figure out how to get my hands on some Muji+Lego sets for what feels like years ... but it looks like it's not available anywhere but Japan. Good thing we're going in April then.... WTHey!
Yep for the first time in ten years I am going overseas... and for the first time ever the rest of my family is coming with me!! I am excited beyond words as you can imagine... I went to Japan once.. for about 24 hours (a stop over that was almost as good as the whole three month trip! But that's another story) and have been literally obsessing over how to get back ever since.
I'll be sure to bore you or at least drive you crazy with all the details... What with all that planning and then the travel and then all the bragging when we get back.
In the mean time I couldn't wait for a Muji+Lego kit so the girls and I made them ourselves with some thick paper and a small hole puncher.
Such a great late afternoon activity on such a sticky weekend. The days have been filled with splashing in the paddle pool ... drying off ... paddle pool ...drying off .. you get the picture, so some paper + Lego was a perfect distraction.
My hot tip: press the lego down onto the paper where you want the holes so that it make an indentation.. then use that as a guide for punching the holes.

Beautiful!!!
I think you don't need the Muji+Lego kit ;)
In Europe we also have the Muji+Lego kits, check it here:

I've never heard of this before - but it looks like lots of fun.
