Cooeeee!
It appears I have taken quite a bit of an unplanned blogging break (three weeks, yikes!). But I am happy to report I am back and most inspired... I can thank Lisa and her adorable patchworking for that... the moment I saw that bib I grabbed my bag of scraps and got sewing... it was 10pm but I just had to finish before bed.. I didn't have time for patterns... you know that crafting urge (insanity) where you just need to get it done..no time for planning ... and I was only using scraps so if it didn't work out I was ok with that.
I just love it.. I like the organic shape... and the fact it uses up scraps... now I need my friends to start having babies so I can make more bibs.
Here are some little bits I brought home ... mmm lovely Liberty & funky Prints Charming (who have been picked up by Free Spririt... big congrats!)
I have also been busy organising Morphe II (I even got the first parcel of toys today... oh what fun!!) I am working on making this something worth looking at too... I will let you know when it's ready. Other exciting news is that I have been invited to exhibit my toys in an art exhibition in December, so it's go go go for the rest of the year. I promise not to leave you between posts for so long...

Hello! Thanks for your flattering comment on my blog.
You're doing some amazing things and the nest studio shop looks awesome! It must feel good to have a real live shop :) I think I saw photos of it awhile ago linked to from Loobylu or someone, and got all excited about the Croydon bit until I realised it was Croydon, South Australia, not the local Croydon in Melbourne! Oh well!
Love the bib and the cards, too.
