Too sleepy
We have all been struck down by yet another tummy bug... I of course get it last and the worst... Nice. So I have a few pics of toys made a week prior to illness... don't worry they were well clear of Moopy germs. I recommend peppermint tea... yummy SIP tea is best.
All of these guys were handmade with vintage/retro fabrics....
Hey I was wondering .. have any of you ever seen your blog on someone elses computer and been completely shocked, if not embarassed by the colour? My blog looks shocking on my parents computer.. bright ghastly greens and hot pinks?? I need to clear something up... it most certainly does not look like that from my computer... just lovely apple greens and corally pinks...
I have recently spoilt myself completely rotten with piles of fabric from Cia's Palette ... go on! I dare you to visit without at least a fat quart of Denyse' Posies Expresso.. that's the one on top... and yes that is my cake tier AGAIN with an even better use than chocolate brownies....
now I have to make something seriously... Lily has hinted (loudly) that her new favourite colour (beside pink) is orange... so when IKEA finally arrives ... only 22 sleeps to go (just joking I am not sure how many there are) she will be getting new big girls bedroom furniture, a fresh lick of paint and I think a quilt is in order.... maybe Denyse' Drunk Love

ohhhhh!!! i love all your toys!!!
beautiful! your fabrics are absolutely amazing!
have a good day!

Your blog appears in shades of apple and coral on my computer. Perhaps they just need to change their hue saturation on their monitor... I love those fabrics and your softies!

I am sure I have seen that green bamboo-ish fabric with the wicker chair pattern background - is it a 70s drapery fabric? In Hobart we have a giant decorating shop that still has orginal fabric and wallpaper from that wonderful decade. I often wonder what happend to the buyer responsible for over ordering (still available 30 years later, maybe overestimated the demand) but still its fun to browse, I am sure there are a few colour ways of that fabric, which by the way looks great as a softie!

This quilt would be nice in pink and orange, and maybe some turquoise - http://www.dsquilts.com/co_snake.html. So, when will you be running toy making classes? I have some awesome fabric that I want to make something out of....

Oh I love the look of these on my computer, whether the geens show up right or not (to me they are quite limey, which is a daft name for a green that isn't the colour of a lime, but hey, what can you do).
Can I post a pic of them on my blog? And also one to promote your new and MUCHO exciting fabric adventures!!!
And if you drop by my blog I've asked people to let me know their birthdays so I never miss a bloggy birthday read again.
ANd HAPPY BLOG 100th post anniversary! I had mine a few weeks ago which freaked me out cause I've only been blogging for 2 months!
