Grow bean grow

Magic_bean

Have you seen these? nothing has happened yet, but I am sure the magic will start soon....

I tried out the Denyse Schmidt slippers again today with no luck... I don't have time to try again (mums birthday is tommorrow) so I will pick out something else... or maybe even get her a copy of the book? then she can try out the slippers herself.

Look, more fun mail ... so beautiful, I can't wait to see next months print..

And Lily supervised while we made this today... I am quite impressed with what she picked out... even the rickrack was her personal fave...

Great apron! Lily shows impeccable taste. :) What happened to the slippers? They look really good from here!

I have been wanting to make some of those DS slippers for myself - are they a bit tricky? Any tips that you have learned while getting it wrong? :) The magic bean looks interesting - I went to the site. How long will it take to sprout your message do you think? And I love the apron! :) Jen

Hi my dear ! I will write more later with my other mail address (I'm not at home I'm at work now !) ! Just to tell you I left home earlier to find another copy for you and I get it !!!!! I'll write you tomorrow ! Hugs

I bought my Dad a message bean for father's day last year - mine was from National Geographic and came in a little can, but due to the colder weather in Yorke Peninsula, took a little while to grow - Dad's said "I love you" :) How do they do it??

awww cute apron Miss L, and I can't wait to see what grows from the crate!

i love the magic bean! I've not seen them but they look fab! yay!

thanks for a great site - you've really inspired me to make lovely little snail mail gifts :)

I have tried the Denyse Schmidt slipper pattern and it just does not work!

It's unfortunate because I really like the way the look in the book.
